A lot of schools have had spring break recently, and many will be having summer vacations before long.
Coming back from a long break can be painful, but there are things you can do to lessen the blow. If you want to avoid the "back from break hangover" effect, then I recommend trying to get used to readjusting your sleep schedule a day or two early.
Having to drastically change your sleep schedule when Monday comes is asking for trouble. So, plan ahead a little. Be different from the crowd and be prepared to be at your best as soon as you get back from breaks.
